Maintenance

How to view the current maintenance status, track upcoming maintenance, and access professional service providers and official documentation.

The maintenance section of the Private App provides a comprehensive overview of your vehicle’s maintenance status (past official and unofficial maintenance works), upcoming service requirements, maintenance history, and access to professional service providers and official documentation. This feature helps you stay on top of your vehicle’s maintenance needs and ensures it remains in optimal condition.

The maintenance tile on the dashboard shows a summary of the upcoming maintenance requirements, including the next service due and a progress bar indicating how close you are to that service.

Clicking on the tile takes you to the maintenance section of the app.

Past and upcoming maintenance

On top of the maintenance screen, you can see a summary of when the next maintenance is due. Depending on your vehicle, this may be based on:

• time, e.g., every 12 months,
• mileage, e.g., every 15,000 km, or
• motor running time, e.g., every 500 hours.

If multiple criteria apply, the most urgent one is shown.

On the bottom of the maintenance screen, you can see a history of past maintenance works, including the date, mileage, and description of each service.

Clicking on the summary takes you to the detailed view of the upcoming maintenance, including manufacturer-specified maintenance tasks, their descriptions, and their due dates or mileages. If your vehicle supports it, you may directly choose a professional service provider to book the maintenance service.

Maintenance partner discovery and selection

By default, maintenance partners close to your current location are shown. Upon selecting a maintenance partner, you can either open a ticket with them, or - if they offer it - directly book a maintenance appointment.

Official documentation access

The maintenance screen also allows you to directly access the official maintenance documentation provided by your vehicle manufacturer. This is the same as the documentation that is accessible via your vehicle documents section. Ensure that you are looking at vehicle documents, and not your personal ones.
