Private App introduction

Getting started as a private vehicle owner using c.technology mobile apps and web interface.

Individual vehicle owners access the c.technology platform through mobile applications (clickahoy, clickrider, and white-labeled versions) and a web interface to monitor, manage, and maintain their vehicles.

The dashboard shown upon login highlights key vehicle metrics such as current location, engine status, battery level, and recent activities. The main navigation is on the bottom of the screen, allowing you to access all sections of the Private App. From each section, you can dig deeper into specific features and settings.

Next to the Private App, all vehicle owners can use the web interface under app.ctechnology.io (or any white-labeled version thereof) for additional features and a desktop-optimized experience.

Sections of the Private App

The Private App is divided into the following sections:

Dashboard

Manage vehicles, type taxonomy, documentation and checklists.

Cockpit

News articles, push messages, and support interactions.

Logbook

Analysis of vehicle usage.

Vehicle apps

Partner overview and vehicle assignment, and customer overviews.

Settings

Maintenance management, error definitions, firmware updates, and IoT devices.
