Troubleshooting

Unlocking unresponsive

It may happen that your scooter does not respond to unlock commands from the app immediately. This is often due to longer periods of storage in environments with poor cellular reception.

Wrong position on map

The position of your scooter may be inaccurate due to the following reasons:
  1. The scooter’s GPS module has not yet acquired a proper satellite fix. This can take several minutes.
  2. The scooter has not been used for a while and a backlog of GPS data needs to be transmitted to the app before the current position can be updated.
  3. The scooter is wrongly configured.
