Managing your partners and customers / vehicle owners.

The Ecosystem section manages your network of business partners including dealers, service centers, and customers who interact with your vehicles.

Partner management

When navigating to the Ecosystem section, you will first see the Partners tab.

This tab lets you manage all your business partners, including dealers, service providers, and other OEMs. Partners can be assigned vehicles, allowing them to access and manage those vehicles based on their role (e.g., dealer or service provider).

Click on “Add partner” to create a new partner organization. You can also import multiple partners at once using the “Import from CSV” button.

Clicking on any partner in the list opens its details view.

Each individual partner can be assigned a name, address, contact details, etc.

Finally, you can assign vehicles to the partner (this can be done even after the partner has claimed the organization). Click on “Add vehicles” to open a dialog where you can select vehicles to assign to the partner.

Customer Management

In the “Owners” tab, you can manage your customers who own vehicles registered in your system. Initially, a table with all vehicle owners is shown. This table includes basic information about each owner and the vehicles they own, as well as a contact button to reach out to them directly.

Clicking on an owner opens their detailed view. For each owner, you see basic information (name, email), you can assign private information only visible to you (organization user id, name, and description), and see which vehicles they have access to.

Clicking on any vehicle takes you directly to the respective vehicle details view.
