Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble connecting to your vehicle’s Bluetooth device, try the following steps:
  1. Ensure that your vehicle’s Bluetooth device is powered on and within range of your smartphone.
  2. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  3. Restart the Private App and try connecting again.
  4. If you still cannot connect, go to your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings, forget the vehicle’s Bluetooth device, and then try reconnecting through the Private App.
  5. Ensure that no other device is currently connected to the vehicle’s Bluetooth device, as this may prevent a new connection.
  6. If you continue to experience issues, consult your vehicle’s manual or contact your vehicle provider for further assistance.
