Subscription architecture

The platform’s subscription system is built around three core models that work together to provide flexible service delivery:
  1. ServiceSubscription - Individual subscriptions that grant access to specific services.
  2. SubscriptionPackage - Bundled offerings for organizations with multiple vehicles.
  3. Billing Integration - Payment processing through Stripe, vouchers, and organizational billing.
This architecture supports both individual consumer subscriptions and complex B2B arrangements with custom pricing, revenue sharing, and white-label deployments.

Organizational billing

For B2B subscriptions, the platform has an integrated organizational billing system that manages invoicing, payment processing, and subscription lifecycle management at the organization level. At the end of each billing cycle, the platform generates invoices based on the organization’s active subscriptions and vehicle count, which can be paid through various methods including credit card, bank transfer, or prepaid budgets. These invoices are autmatically balanced against all partner organizations in the system to ensure accurate revenue sharing and cost allocation.
