# Govecs Digital (eSchwalbe)

> Additional information specific to the Govecs Digital (eSchwalbe) application.

## Onboarding

The Govecs Digital app is specifically designed for Govecs eSchwalbe scooters.
The following scooters are supported as of Fall 2025:

* Govecs eSchwalbe 45 (max. 45 km/h)
* Govecs eSchwalbe 70 (max. 70 km/h)

## Troubleshooting

<Card title="Unlocking unresponsive">
  It may happen that your scooter does not respond to unlock commands from the app immediately.
  This is often due to longer periods of storage in environments with poor cellular reception.

<Card title="Wrong position on map">
  The position of your scooter may be inaccurate due to the following reasons:

  1. The scooter's GPS module has not yet acquired a proper satellite fix. This can take several minutes.
  2. The scooter has not been used for a while and a backlog of GPS data needs to be transmitted to the app before the current position can be updated.
  3. The scooter is wrongly configured.
